Question about Krinner LED Christmas tree candle Superlight Starter Set

I bought the basic set and the extension set 2 years ago - today my daughter wanted to put the candles back into operation, but none of the candles work, i.e. after inserting the batteries, none of the candles light up - the remote control shows the red light. What could be the reason for this? - does anyone have any advice for me? many thanks

Hello, I have the same candles at home. I also had the same problem. Either you should change the battery on the remote control or change to another channel A, B, C (also on the remote control). Hope it works out that way!
