Question about Magnetoplan Design Pinboard

In itself, the objection runs on a rail, but we didn't want that. First we fixed a 4x4cm wooden strip to the wall with dowels. Then we drilled 4 small holes on the top side, into which the rail runners could be hung. Adjusted the spacer to the wall at the other, lower end. Finished. Has withstood heavy use for years.
