The stove fan is the perfect addition to your fireplace, as it enables faster heat distribution. In large rooms in particular, it can take a long time for the heat to be distributed evenly, as warm air rises upwards and is only distributed further from there. With the stove fan, you intervene in the heat distribution, as the fan dissipates the heat escaping from the fireplace directly into the room through its four blades and the associated rotation.

The fan does not need to be supplied with electricity as it produces it itself. This is because it is a thermoelectric fan that is placed on top of the fireplace and generates electricity through the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the fan. It starts moving when it is pushed by hand and as soon as the underside of the fan has reached a temperature of 50°C. It can be used up to a maximum surface temperature of 300°C. Unlike conventional fans, this product is designed for use at such high temperatures. A normal fan would melt, would need a power connection and would have too strong an air flow. This is not the case with the oven fan, which has a pleasantly light air flow of 120-160 cfm. For a better overview of the temperatures, we recommend monitoring with a chimney thermometer (not included). Thanks to the rotation of the stove fan, the warm air circulates and increases the heat energy yield. Thanks to the more targeted distribution of warm air, the stove does not need to be fired as much and you save on firewood.

Note:
Particularly with smaller stoves, it is important to ensure that the fan cannot be positioned close to the stove pipe due to the limited space available. If the fan cannot rotate at the chosen installation location, the position must be changed. This is because the warm air can only be distributed when it is rotating.
