How do I use the Upstaa?
Top shelf: Designed for placing a laptop or monitor. Maximum load should not exceed 4 kg.
Bottom shelf: Designed for an additional keyboard, mouse, tablet, writing utensils, or your daily cup of coffee or tea.
Arms: Adjust the lower shelf to a comfortable height for you. Remember that your elbows should ideally be bent at a 90-degree angle. Keep your shoulders relaxed and let them hang naturally. Avoid a tense posture.
Head: Set the height of the top shelf so that you are looking at your screen at a very slight angle (about 30 degrees).
