The Nature Of Things Peppermint Essential Oil

Peppermint oil is a very popular oil in aromatherapy, characterized by its intense, fresh menthol scent. It has strong antiseptic properties and is often used as a remedy for colds as well as to relieve muscle pain.

Made from hand-picked leaves (origin: India), this versatile oil can be enjoyed in various ways – add it to your diffuser, create a refreshing room spray, indulge in a relaxing bath, or use it for a soothing massage.

Application recommendation:

For every 20 ml of carrier oil, alcohol, or water, use no more than 5–10 drops of essential oil. For external use only. Do not apply undiluted.

Note: If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical supervision. Not suitable for young children.
