Furniture made from mango wood has a long-standing tradition in India. After all, it is a cultivated plant that yields about 15 million tons of fruit annually in India alone. Due to its high density, this wood is as suitable for furniture making as beech, oak, or teak. In the Vintage Natural Wood series, craftsmen from the province of Rajasthan use this very wood to create a rustic collection with an antique touch. The factory design theme is also incorporated here, as the hand-forged fittings and wheels serve as a nod to the era of the industrial revolution.
