Seiffener Volkskunst Nutcracker hussar with sabre

The Nutcracker Hussar red and white by Seiffener Volkskunst is finely handcrafted in the Saxon Ore Mountains, known for its long tradition of wooden art. Standing 37 centimetres tall, this nutcracker wears a striking red uniform with golden decorations and white trousers, giving him a historical flair. The beard and hair are made of grey real fur, while a black and gold hat rounds off the detailed appearance. The traditional lever technique makes it possible to crack nutshells effortlessly by pressing down the lever on the back, with the mouth exerting the necessary pressure.
