Piet Mondrian's famous color combinations served as inspiration for the "Mondrian Object 2" cabinet, designed by Koni Ochsner. He creates unique cabinets that are not only practical but also individualistic. The color and proportions of the cabinet are specifically tailored to its function. In the case of the "Object 2," this particularly refers to the arrangement of office or work furniture. Behind the large red surface of the cabinet is a foldable board that can serve as a writing desk and a base for quick notes. Additionally, the cabinet offers ample space for storing writing utensils and small office supplies. The smaller area below is perfect for organizing important documents.

Koni Ochsner - Designer of Mondrian

Koni Ochsner, the designer of the "Mondrian Object 2," was a student of Willy Guhl at the Zurich Academy of Applied Arts. Together with Ulrich P. Wieser and Kurt Brenner, he founded Agmid AG for furniture and industrial supplies in 1972. Ochsner created several classic Swiss furniture pieces and launched Röthlisberger's early collections. The Arcos table he designed is currently only available again due to technical reasons. His outstanding achievements in furniture and clock design have earned Koni Ochsner numerous national and international awards.
