To refill the cosmetic tissue dispenser, simply remove the bamboo lid and insert the loose tissues without packaging. The body of the cosmetic box was made of black, glossy plastic. The chic paper towel box fits wonderfully into the bathroom, office or living room. Please note that no common cosmetic tissues including packaging fit into the box. These must be removed from the packaging beforehand.
