During the installation of the wooden shelf, a screw broke off and now the shelf can no longer be mounted properly. Can this be ordered individually from the manufacturer as a spare part? Thank you very much for your help.

The manufacturer doesn't seem to provide any information on this and I didn't find any other precise answers to your question. The best thing to do is to go to the nearest building shop.

How much weight can the drawers take?

We have no corresponding information available from the manufacturer. Since the drawers are made of 50% cotton and 50% polyester, it can be assumed that they should not be loaded too heavily.
