Yes, no problem. They are simply screwed to the seat.
You must pull the entire lever outwards (to the right) when the backrest is not under load.
I can't say whether the castors work on parquet. But the castors are suitable for laminate flooring and roll 👍.

The rocking mechanism is minimal. The chair can be locked in straight position, but not in rocking mode.
