Can the ring really also be used on a HAG Capisco Puls 8020 XTREME KIDS chair with the small 150 mm safety gas spring? Or what is the reason that this is not possible according to the official website? It only rests on the bottom of the shaft, doesn't it?

I have mounted it on the large spring and see it in a similar way, why not mount it on the shorter one. There would be enough space.
