If you move the G9 with the HX all the way down (approx. 4 cm above the table), then it is just possible to see the entire screen with a 27" behind it. Completely on top of each other (frame to frame) is rather difficult.
According to the manufacturer, the only difference is the monitor size.
The cheaper version mentioned can accommodate monitors up to a maximum of 32 inches.
I would take the 27" version. I have exactly this one and with two 27" monitors there is not much room to manoeuvre. I had to buy an extension. Now it fits.
You mean the max. distance from the wall, I assume. Min/max are 10cm/65cm.... just look on the ergotron website, there are the dimensions, angles, etc. for all models. (https://www.ergotron.com/de-de/produkte/produktdetails/45-243#?farbe=Aluminium)

Hello
The decisive factor is whether the Imac has a VESA mount on the back, which are four mounting holes in a square for screws, either 75 x 75 mm or 100 x 100 mm apart. See also Wikipedia, article "Video Electronics Standards Association", last section "VESA mounts (screen mounts)".
Greetings Rolf
salut... I don't have a ROG screen, but until a while ago I had an Asus G73 with a wooden board attached to it. Both together weighed 5kg and worked with the lever law at the point of the screen flange a lot more.... This worked well, even with light to moderate hand support when typing.
According to this product sheet (http://www.produktinfo.conrad.com/datenblaetter/1100000-1199999/001181980-an-01-de-WACOM_CINTIQ_24HD_TOUCH_GRAFIK_DISPLAY.pdf), there should be threads for a VESA mount, so nothing should stand in the way of your project.
These two products are compatible. Both have the VESA wall mount type 100 x 100 mm. See the detailed description of both products. So this monitor can be mounted with the Ergotron LX monitor arm.
I use this monitor arm myself and I am very happy with it, there are a lot of adjustment possibilities.
