PiL LASER+

LED spotlight for outdoor and indoor use, consisting of a supporting structure made of die-cast aluminum coated with polyester powder, following a prior chemical surface treatment. The diffuser features an integrated optics made of transparent technopolymer, protected against UV rays and heat. The optics consist of technopolymer lenses with increased light transmission and an elliptical shape. An aging-resistant silicone gasket made in one piece (without seams) ensures high compensation performance, resilience, and heat resistance. The thermal management is of exceptionally high quality, thanks to heat sinks made of anodized die-cast aluminum. The electrical junction box is also made of die-cast aluminum, chemically treated, and coated with polyester powder. The power connection is made through an external IP66 connector, allowing electrical connection to the power units without opening the luminaire. This connector is made of polyamide PA66, 7-pole for conductors Ø 13 - Ø 18 mm or 5-pole for conductors Ø 7 - Ø 14 mm. The light source consists of several LED modules. Information on other color temperatures and the color rendering index can be obtained from the manufacturer. External screws are made of stainless steel. The steel bracket is painted with polyester powder after hot-dip galvanization. The power rating specified for LASER+ includes the losses of the connection unit. A goniometer for adjusting the orientation is included. Only the connection units available as accessories should be used for powering LASER+. Dimmable power supplies DALI and DMX512-RDM IP66 are available. The electrical connection between these and the respective spotlights must be made using a cable no longer than 100 meters. The power units consist of a converter with protection against network surges up to 10 kV.
