PiL LASER+

LED spotlight for outdoor and indoor use, featuring a supporting structure made of die-cast aluminum coated with polyester powder, following a prior chemical surface treatment. The diffuser has an integrated optical system made of transparent technopolymer, which is protected against UV rays and heat. The optics consist of technopolymer lenses with enhanced light transmission and have an intense circular design. An aging-resistant silicone gasket made in one piece (without seams) ensures high compensation performance, excellent resilience, and high heat resistance.

Thermal management is of exceptionally high quality due to heat sinks made of die-cast aluminum, which are anodized on the outside. The electrical connection box made of die-cast aluminum is prepared through chemical surface treatment and coated with polyester powder. The power connection is made via an external IP66 connector, allowing for electrical connection to the supply units without opening the luminaire. This connector is made of polyamide PA66, with 7 poles for conductors Ø 13 - Ø 18 mm or 5 poles for conductors Ø 7 - Ø 14 mm.

The light source consists of multiple LED modules. Information regarding other color temperatures and color rendering index can be obtained from the manufacturer. The outer screws are made of stainless steel. The steel bracket is coated with polyester powder after hot-dip galvanization. The specified power rating for LASER+ includes the losses of the connection unit. A goniometer for adjusting the orientation is also included. Only the connection units available as accessories should be used for powering LASER+. DALI and DMX512-RDM dimmable power supplies IP66 are available. The electrical connection between these and the respective spotlights must be made using a cable no longer than 100 meters. The supply units consist of a converter with protection against network overvoltages up to 10 kV.
