PiL LASER+

LED spotlight for outdoor and indoor use, consisting of a load-bearing structure made of die-cast aluminum coated with polyester powder, following a prior chemical surface treatment. The diffuser features an integrated optics made of transparent technopolymer, which is protected against UV rays and heat. The optics consist of technopolymer lenses with increased light transmission and have an intense circular shape. An aging-resistant silicone gasket made in one piece (without seams) ensures high compensation performance, high resilience, and high heat resistance.

Thermal management is of exceptionally high quality due to heat sinks made of die-cast aluminum, which is anodized on the outside. The electrical connection box is also made of die-cast aluminum, prepared by chemical surface treatment and coated with polyester powder. The power connection is made via an external IP66 connector, allowing electrical connection to the power units without opening the luminaire. This connector is made of polyamide PA66, 7-pole for conductors with a diameter of 13 to 18 mm.

The light source consists of multiple LED modules. Information on other color temperatures and color rendering index can be obtained from the manufacturer. External screws are made of stainless steel. The steel bracket is coated with polyester powder after hot-dip galvanization. The power rating specified for LASER+ includes the losses of the connection unit. A goniometer for adjusting the alignment is also included. Only the connection units available as accessories should be used for powering LASER+. Dimmable power supplies DALI and DMX512-RDM IP66 are available. The electrical connection between these and the respective spotlights must be made using a cable of a maximum length of 100 meters. The power units consist of a converter with protection against network surges up to 10 kV.
