PiL LASER+

LED spotlight for outdoor and indoor use, consisting of a supporting structure made of aluminum die-cast, coated with polyester powder after a prior chemical surface treatment. The diffuser features an integrated optics made of transparent technopolymer, protected against UV rays and heat. The optics consist of technopolymer lenses with increased light transmission and have an intense, circular shape. An aging-resistant silicone gasket made in one piece (without seams) ensures high compensation performance, resilience, and heat resistance. High-quality thermal management is ensured by heat sinks made of aluminum die-cast. The electrical connection box is also made of aluminum die-cast, chemically treated, and coated with polyester powder. The power connection is made via an external IP66 connector, allowing for electrical connection to the supply units without opening the luminaire. This connector is made of polyamide PA66, 7-pole for conductors with a diameter of 13 to 18 mm (LASER+ 30) or 5-pole for conductors with a diameter of 7 to 14 mm (LASER+ 20). The light source consists of multiple LED modules. Information on other color temperatures and the color rendering index is available from the manufacturer. External screws are made of stainless steel. The steel bracket is coated with polyester powder after hot-dip galvanization. The power rating specified for the LASER+ includes the losses of the connection unit. A goniometer for adjusting the orientation is included. Only the connection units available as accessories should be used for powering LASER+. Dimmable power supplies DALI and DMX512-RDM IP66 are available. The electrical connection between these and the respective spotlights must be made using a cable no longer than 100 meters. The supply units consist of a converter with protection against voltage surges up to 10 kV.
