PiL LASER+

LED spotlight for outdoor and indoor use, consisting of a supporting structure made of aluminum die-cast, coated with polyester powder after prior chemical surface treatment. The diffuser features an integrated optics made of transparent technopolymer, which is protected against UV rays and heat. The optics consist of technopolymer lenses with increased light transmission and an asymmetrical design. An aging-resistant silicone gasket made in one piece (without seams) ensures high compensation performance, excellent resilience, and high heat resistance. High-quality thermal management is provided by aluminum die-cast heat sinks. The electrical junction box made of aluminum die-cast is prepared through chemical surface treatment and coated with polyester powder. The power connection is made via an external IP66 connector, allowing electrical connection to the supply units without opening the luminaire, consisting of polyamide PA66, 7-pole for conductors Ø 13 - Ø 18 mm. The light source consists of multiple LED modules. Information on other color temperatures and color rendering index can be obtained from the manufacturer. External screws are made of stainless steel. The steel bracket is coated with polyester powder paint after hot-dip galvanizing. The power rating specified for LASER+ includes the losses of the connection unit. A goniometer for adjusting the orientation is included. Only the connection units available as accessories should be used for powering LASER+. DALI and DMX512-RDM dimmable power supplies IP66 are available. The electrical connection between these and the respective spotlights must be made using a cable with a maximum length of 100 meters. The supply units consist of a converter with protection against network surges up to 10 kV.
