The Silent Butler is the first thing you see when you come home and the last thing you see when you leave. Take a quick glance in the mirror before starting your day. A practical compartment holds keys, coins, credit cards, a pair of gloves, lipstick, a pack of mints - everything you need but don’t want to forget. On the oak wood rods, you can hang baseball caps, the dog's leash, a bicycle helmet, a reflective jacket, an umbrella, or shopping bags. The design evokes the wardrobe of a gentleman's club, travels on ocean liners, journeys with a suitcase and not with a bag - perhaps it's the curved oak sides that seem to come from another time yet feel strangely familiar. Made from sustainably harvested solid American white oak and oak veneers, finished with a smooth, matte, waterproof lacquer. The edges look sharp but are finely hand-sanded to feel soft.
