20 ml, 100% pure organic oil

Be prepared with thyme oil against flu and colds. A few drops for inhalation or massage can work wonders. The thyme oil is produced through steam distillation. This method yields exceptionally pure and clean products, capturing temperature-sensitive aromas.

For flu and colds, it is advisable to inhale the essential oil: Add one liter of boiling water to a bowl and mix in 2 to 3 drops of thyme oil. Allow the mixture to cool slightly. When the temperature is comfortable, lean your head over the bowl, drape a large towel over your head, and breathe in the soothing vapors deeply.

Additionally, it helps to vigorously massage your feet with thyme oil and rub the kidney area. For this, you can mix 3 drops of thyme oil and 3 drops of ginger oil with 30 ml of sesame oil.

For cough and whooping cough, you should rub it on the chest. This mixture can also be used as a massage oil for muscle tension. Ingredients: 5 drops of thyme in 20 ml of sunflower oil.

If a child has whooping cough, you can let a fragrance lamp burn with 2 drops of thyme oil overnight.

Thyme oil is also effective for sweaty feet. You can make a balm for sweaty feet by mixing 5 drops of thyme oil, 5 drops of tea tree oil, and 50 ml of a neutral vegetable oil such as coconut oil.
