My baking book: Sweet Christmas - sugar-free

The food label "Epi-Food" has been around since 2014. The two founders, Alex and Feli, are dedicated to creating creative and, above all, healthy recipes without sugar, wheat, and cow's milk. "As long as it's delicious" is the motto for all their dishes, as only then do they make it into one of their cookbooks, their catering, their events, or onto their blog and their brand-new recipe app. The term "Epi" comes from "epigenetics," a science that studies the changes in genes over a lifetime. "Epi-Food" is based on the positive influence of genes through a healthy and epigenetic diet, which Alex and Feli were the first to conceptualize. With their recipes, they prove that healthy eating doesn't have to be boring at all, but can taste incredibly good.
