Kodanska The Road Vase - Clear Danish Summer

The road is a symbol that the journey to a destination is never straight. There will always be curves and bumps along the way, just as there are in life.

The shape of the vase is inspired by a road trip that Marie and her family took in Canada. The Canadian wilderness is a class of its own - wild and beautiful, much like the road we must travel. What matters is not so much where the road leads us, but what happens along the way, how we deal with the challenges we encounter, who we have with us, and who we stay with on the journey.

In recent years, we have truly felt that we are alive, and each day we have been confronted with rising production costs, shortages of raw materials, inflation, and chaos in the world around us. Nothing is as it once was. So how can we make the best of today, knowing that tomorrow will look different?

The Road Vase will be unique because our life journey is unique and our own, but also because the vase is mouth-blown and made using a special technique that we invented for this particular vase.

The vase is available in both clear and our well-known Danish Summer pattern.
