An IBC heating jacket is the perfect solution for quickly and effectively heating liquids and materials, allowing them to be completely emptied and/or kept warm. Additionally, the jacket provides reliable protection against UV radiation. Equipped with two easy-to-use digital temperature controllers, infinitely adjustable from 0 - 90 °C. Made from durable, long-lasting silicone material. Easily and quickly attached to the tank container with securing straps. The heating jacket is suitable for transporting 1000-l-IBCs whose contents must maintain a specific temperature or viscosity. For optimal heating effect, it is recommended to use it in combination with an insulating cover (accessory). For even faster heating, the heating jacket can also be combined with a heating plate. Ideal for heating water, oils, fats, waxes, resins, and diesel fuel. Please note: Check the maximum temperature resistance of the containers (especially for plastic). The specified temperatures are only guidelines. Achievable temperatures depend on many variables - for example, ambient temperature, supply voltage, medium, container material, container size, whether a stirrer is used, and much more.
