Instead of cords like the Carbonora shell chair, the German furniture distributor Jan Kurtz equips its shell chair with a rattan seat that is beautifully presented in airy struts rather than tightly woven. The rattan seat shell is supported by a scratch-resistant powder-coated steel frame with stabilizing diagonal braces. In the chair series offered by Jan Kurtz, the casual lounge chair is wider and lower than the armchair; the bench accommodates two people. Yara Bench. With a comfortable seat height of 44 cm, the airy rattan bench invites relaxed seating at the dining table (seat depth 49 cm) for two people. The gently sloping armrests fit under most standard dining table heights (armrest height 67 cm).
