Composition: Essential oil from lemon peel (Citrus limon) from controlled organic cultivation. Origin: Italy. Contains: Limonene, beta-pinene, alpha-pinene, geranial, neral.

Properties: The slightly tart and clear scent of lemon has a refreshing, invigorating, and uplifting effect on feelings of sadness and lethargy. It brings joy and conveys clarity. Like all citrus oils, lemon essential oil stimulates communication and loosens the tongue. Ideal for travel, refreshing hotel rooms, cars, etc., and for focused work. Lemon is also commonly used in skincare recipes as it keeps tissues youthful – for this purpose, the low furocoumarin variety of lemon is recommended, as it is less photosensitizing. Vegan.

Tips: For shiny and soft hair, mix coconut oil with 1-2 drops of lemon oil for a fresh scent, apply to hair ends and throughout the hair, wrap in a towel, and let it sit for 20-30 minutes or overnight. Rinse thoroughly. Even while driving, a tissue with 2 drops of lemon can be a revitalizing companion. Simply place the scented tissue in a vent or use a car fragrance diffuser.
