Energetically strengthening, it provides energy and also acts against moths and insects. Vegan. Although it is sold worldwide as red cedar, this highly aromatic, reddish wood actually belongs to the cypress family. The wood is highly sought after because it is rarely infested by insects. The scent is cedar-like but somewhat more robust and intense. The essential oil has energetic strengthening and energizing properties and is very repellent to moths and insects. Avoid during pregnancy and with small children.
