Kayu-puthi means "white wood" in Malay. Cajeput is helpful for winter ailments and promotes clear breathing. The essential oil is extracted from the leaves of this extremely robust tree, which is organically grown in Vietnam, using steam distillation. It is an important ingredient in many ointments and balms. Thanks to its lower 1,8-Cineole content, the essence of organic Cajeput is milder than eucalyptus oil. The essential oil is certified by CERES.
