All products from our company comply with Swiss legislation. There are numerous regulations and guidelines regarding the composition of products and their presentation, including product declarations and usage instructions.

For the body care products we manufacture, the Ordinance on Cosmetic Products (Vkos) is particularly relevant. It regulates which substances may be used and which may not. This is a central element of product safety. Room fragrances are subject to the Ordinance on the Protection Against Dangerous Substances and Preparations (Chemicals Ordinance, Chem V), regardless of whether the products contain raw materials of natural or synthetic origin.

The legislation for room fragrances includes guidelines for the handling of the products. Each product displays the relevant safety precautions with text and symbols. For every room fragrance produced by us, a safety data sheet is filed with the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG). In the event of an unusual occurrence, access to the formulation of the products and the indicated measures is ensured.

As a Swiss manufacturer of cosmetic products and fragrances, we are under the supervision of the Cantonal Laboratory of Thurgau.
