This guarantee does not limit statutory warranty claims, and the claim is free of charge. The prerequisite for asserting a guarantee claim is the return of the defective goods and, if possible, the presentation of the purchase receipt by the customer. In the case of a justified complaint, the paid purchase price and any expenses incurred due to the defect will be refunded in full. There is no guarantee for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A guarantee for additional purchases of pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
