We offer a 5-year warranty on materials and workmanship for all products marked with our Erwin Müller brand within the EU. The warranty begins upon delivery of the goods to the customer. This warranty does not affect statutory warranty rights, and the claim is free of charge. To make a warranty claim, the defective goods must be sent back, and if possible, the proof of purchase (invoice) should be provided by the customer. In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and your related expenses will be refunded in full. There is no warranty for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A subsequent purchase guarantee for pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
