Our warranty promise

We offer a 5-year warranty on material and workmanship for all products marked with our Erwin Müller brand within the EU. The warranty begins upon delivery of the goods to the customer. This warranty does not affect statutory warranty claims, and its use is free of charge. To claim a warranty, the defective goods must be sent back, and if possible, the purchase receipt should be provided by the customer. In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and any expenses related to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no warranty for damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A subsequent purchase warranty for pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
