This warranty does not limit statutory warranty claims, and the service is free of charge. To claim a warranty, the defective goods must be sent back, and the purchase receipt (invoice) should be provided by the customer if possible. In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and your expenses related to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no warranty for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A guarantee on the purchase of pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
