We offer a 5-year warranty on material and workmanship for all products marked with our Erwin Müller brand within the EU. The warranty begins upon delivery of the goods to the customer. This warranty does not affect statutory warranty claims, and the claim is free of charge. To make a warranty claim, the customer must return the defective goods and, if possible, provide the purchase receipt (invoice). In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and any expenses incurred due to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no warranty for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A guarantee for the subsequent purchase of pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
