This warranty does not affect statutory warranty claims, and its use is free of charge. To claim a warranty, the defective goods must be sent back, and the customer should provide the purchase receipt if possible. In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and any related expenses will be fully refunded. There is no warranty for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care.
