The guarantee begins when the goods are delivered to the customer. The guarantee does not restrict the statutory warranty claims; the claim is free of charge. The prerequisite for the assertion of a warranty claim is the return of the defective goods and, if possible, the presentation of the purchase receipt (invoice) by the customer. In the event of a justified claim, the purchase price paid and your defect-related expenses will be refunded in full. There is no guarantee for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or lack of and incorrect care. A re-purchase guarantee on pans, pots and crockery is excluded.
