This guarantee does not affect statutory warranty claims, and the claim is free of charge. To make a guarantee claim, the defective goods must be sent back, and if possible, the purchase receipt should be provided by the customer. In the case of a justified complaint, the paid purchase price and your expenses related to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no guarantee for damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A guarantee for subsequent purchases of pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
