This guarantee does not affect statutory warranty claims, and the claim process is free of charge. To make a guarantee claim, the defective goods must be sent back, and the customer should provide the purchase receipt if possible. In the case of a valid complaint, the paid purchase price and your expenses related to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no guarantee for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A follow-up purchase guarantee for pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
