To claim a warranty, the defective goods must be sent back, and the customer should provide the purchase receipt if possible. In the case of a justified complaint, the paid purchase price and any expenses incurred due to the defect will be fully refunded. There is no guarantee for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or inadequate and incorrect care. A guarantee for the subsequent purchase of pans, pots, and dishes is excluded.
