Incense: a purifying substance for body and soul, also referred to as a "fragrant gemstone." This intensely aromatic tree resin serves as a remedy, antiseptic, fragrance, and incense all at once, and is also used in religious ceremonies.

The production of the incense cone involves a mixture of charcoal, potato starch as a binder, sandalwood, beechwood flour, and some other ingredients for easy ignition, to which the fragrance is then added. In addition to the "king powder" incense, other substances from distant, exotic countries are mixed into the candle paste, such as amber, lavender, mastic, or Peru balsam. The candles are then shaped from this raw paste, dried, and packaged.
