Application
- Forest bathing in the bathtub: Add 30 drops of white fir to a base shower gel
- Sauna scent to boost resilience: 2-3 drops in the sauna infusion
- Joint/Muscle specialist: In 100 ml of St. John's Wort oil, add 20 drops of white fir, 5 drops of wintergreen, 5 drops of bay leaf, 10 drops of frankincense, and 10 drops of cajeput. Shake well and massage in.
- Forest air atmosphere aroma blend: 5 drops of white fir, 2 drops of peppermint, and 2 drops of Douglas fir for an aroma diffuser, fragrance lamp, or DAO aroma plug.
