Application

  • Muscle and joint roll-on: Ideal after physical activity: Add 8 – 12 drops mixed with jojoba oil into a 10 ml roll-on and gently massage the oil onto the affected areas.
  • Winter shower bath: Add 30 – 50 drops to a neutral Aromalife PURE shower gel (200 ml), mix well, and enjoy the energizing shower.
  • Ideal for smoking rooms: Add 5 – 10 drops of fir oil to an aroma diffuser; it naturally purifies the air. The number of drops can be increased as needed.
  • Sauna fragrance: Add 2 – 3 drops to the sauna infusion; it promotes resilience.
