Application

  • Cold bath or foot bath: Mix 3 tablespoons of honey with 6 drops of Ravintsara and 3 drops of fir and add to the bathwater. For a foot bath, use a lower dosage: 2-3 drops of Ravintsara and 1 drop of fir.
  • Winter protection for living spaces: Add 3-5 drops to an oil burner or 10 drops to an aroma diffuser; it cleanses the air and protects against colds.
  • Strong feet: Add 15 drops of Ravintsara to a neutral Aromalife Pure body oil (75 ml) to strengthen the immune system during the cold season.

Instructions for use
Cold bath or foot bath: Mix 3 tablespoons of honey with 6 drops of Ravintsara and 3 drops of white fir and add to the bath water. For a foot bath, use a lower dose: 2 - 3 drops of Ravintsara and 1 drop of fir. Winter protection for living spaces: add 3 - 5 drops to a fragrance lamp or 10 drops to an aroma nebuliser, purifies the room air and protects against colds. Strong feet: Add 15 drops of Ravintsara to a neutral Aromalife PURE body oil (75 ml) to strengthen the body's defences during the cold season.
