Application:
Sleep well bath: 2 drops of neroli, 2 drops of chamomile roman, 2 drops of bergamot, and 3 drops of lavender fine mixed in 3 tablespoons of cream for a full bath.
Good night children pillow spray: In a 75ml base room spray, combine 3 drops of lavender fine, 2 drops of lemon balm 10%, 1 drop of mandarin red, 2 drops of neroli, and 1 drop of vanilla.
First aid scent stick: Fits in any pocket and helps when things get tough. Put 1-2 drops on the cotton stick, screw it shut, and it stays fresh and ready to use.
