Question about Samsung Clt-R406

My printer is getting on in years and I am getting more and more yellow lines on the paper. I have cleaned the entire printer as well as the drum, but without success. Can this problem be solved with a new drum or does the printer have to be replaced?

I disposed of the printer - unfortunately changing the drum did not have the desired effect, I still had the lines after changing the drum.

It may well be that replacing the drum unit will solve this problem.
However, the printer is older. I would not invest more money in this one. The printer https://www.digitec.ch/de... is not that expensive and is a very good quiet modern printer. The money is so much better invested.

My Samsung CLX-3305W printer asked for a replacement of the drum unit, although the print result was still OK. I then replaced the drum unit (rather against my will) and the print products are now perfect.
Since a new printer is much more expensive than a new drum unit, it would be a good idea to replace the drum unit.
