Question about Cricut Joy
Hello there, My cricut joy doesn't load the cutting mat or material... I've had it since today, but the machine setup worked perfectly. Closing the app and uninstalling and reinstalling it didn't help! Can anyone help please?
Hello, you have to put the cutting mat in the guide and then push it lightly, then the Joy will pull the mat through once to see if it is big enough. However, this only works once you have created a project. The little light then flashes.
