Constant back pain when sitting in the nail salon, does it help?
I don't work in a nail salon or anything, but sit at a PC all day.
The seat has helped me a lot with back pain and I still use it alternately with the "normal" office chair and the standing desk.
However, the seat is not very comfortable. If you sit on it for several hours, your backside hurts (at least for me).
But for me, the purchase was worth it.
