Good appliance, but...
I have about 25 printers of this type in use here. When they are running, they convince with their print quality and the various functions. Unfortunately, I have already had to replace several devices (defective print head, poor print quality). The service from hp is below average. Once, for "goodwill reasons", I was offered a new printer at a price that was even higher than the normal retail price in Switzerland... These printers can't really be repaired either.
I would only buy this model with a decent warranty extension.
If the printer has lightened lines across the entire sheet in the black, is it for the bin or could a new cartridge make a difference?
The cartridge that is now empty has had this problem for well over a year, very rarely a few clean pages.
