Daniel, a young Israeli, travels aimlessly through South America to forget his old life. He begins a tumultuous love affair with the driven Nora. She is supposedly working on the "Ocean," a mysterious project that allows one to dive into foreign memories. Then, Nora suddenly dies. Why? And does the "Ocean" really exist? Daniel must not only uncover Nora's story but also confront his own.

Years earlier: Daniel's happy childhood near Gaza comes to an abrupt end when his mother dies in an attack. His friend Magouri takes care of him and becomes everything that matters. However, in the army, Daniel fully embraces his role as a soldier, while Magouri prefers surfing and has a completely different political outlook. The rift between them grows deeper until a terrible betrayal separates them forever. Forever? Or can Daniel reunite with Magouri and understand him as he completes Nora's project and finds the "Ocean"?
