Uchida AeroCut Nano Plus Business Card Cutter in A3 and SRA3 format with vacuum feeder. The Uchida AeroCut Nano Plus is a print finisher for digital prints that precisely cuts up to 126 business cards per minute from A3 or SRA3 sheets with a paper weight of up to 350 g/m². The selection of paper formats and final dimensions is done via templates. The job memory includes 16 pre-installed programs and has space for 40 individually configurable jobs. The vacuum feeder features double sheet detection and start mark recognition to compensate for registration differences. Operation is simple via the integrated touchscreen.
The longitudinal cut is performed using 6 self-sharpening round knives, while the cross cut is done with a knife bar. The sheet counter has a countdown function.
