0.5 mm pencil, also known as a mechanical pencil, from the brand Top Write.

With an eraser on top, you always have an eraser handy for quick corrections. The mechanical pencil is easy to refill by inserting new leads into the reservoir. The reservoir comes out when the eraser is removed.

Sturdy guiding tube for technical drawing along rulers and in templates. Plastic holder with a metal front piece, clip, and push button. Grip with fine grooves. Writing width: 0.5 mm. Holder color: various colors. Easily refillable. Eraser for corrections.
