Stable base, mounted on a patented rubber tire, with lateral deflection, adjustable based on air pressure, metal base plate in chrome. This item is delivered unassembled. Assembly can be completed in just a few simple steps. No assembly is required for gas springs, chair wheels, footrests, etc.
